AWARD: Shortlisted for the "Best communication for an institution" category
STATEMENT OF THE AGENCY: This acknowledgment confirms our standing at the forefront of digital transformation in institutional communications. The core challenge for any major institution today is not just to broadcast messages, but to genuinely shorten the distance between policy and people. Our winning approach was rooted in leveraging specific digital tools and campaign angles to overcome the inherent coldness of institutional content and the risks of stereotyping. We did this by focusing on authentic connection and understanding. Our solution was to deploy highly relatable online voices—not spokespeople—to report directly from the field. This method bypassed traditional filters, creating unprecedented trust and giving millions of young people a transparent, emotional view of global impact. This recognition celebrates our team's ability to devise and execute innovative digital strategies that build community, foster understanding, and deliver measurable, game-changing results for our institutional clients in the complex online landscape.
PROJECT SYNOPSIS: How do you show the impact of the EU on the lives of millions of people worldwide? Instead of expert talk, we picked 4 young bloggers in a worldwide competition to travel the world, discover EU development projects, and tell the stories of those whose dreams came true thanks to the EU. The campaign was a big hit on social media; it reached 30 million young people worldwide and engaged with over a million. It received extensive media coverage and was replicated by other institutions and EU embassies.
